"I have taken advantage of your low cost Computer loans and also subscribed to your wireless broadband service, so I had to write to let you know what I think;

I would like to express my surprise and delight in the manner I was treated by ConnectMks staff, they made me feel like I was joining a friendly club and despite my inexperience, at no time did I feel as if I was a pain in the backside!

In my 68 years, Ive felt as if polite and responsible service has deteriorated, Im often confronted with assistant’s chewing gum whilst asking me if I want a bag!

When I got into difficulties with some other equipment I had bought I was delighted when your staff actually paid me a visit to help sort out the issues and get me up and running.

So congratulations to ConnectMks staff and my thanks to Milton Keynes Council for restoring my faith that good customer service is alive and well. Its been such a good experience that Im happy to tell everyone just how good you and the service are."
